The Baobun Grand Udon is located in a narrow street with many nightlife in the center of Udon Thani.
The hotel is built on a small plot, but there are still plenty of facilities and parking spaces. When we drive onto the site it makes a neat, tidy impression.
The help we receive from the staff, with luggage and parking, is good and friendly.

We don't know how many rooms there are. We slept in a nice room on the fifth floor.

The room looks neat and clean and is spacious, we estimate about 25 m.
The view is not great, but you can't expect that in the center of a busy Thai city.
There is a good, not too hard, not too soft double bed. There are tiles on the floor. Of course there is well-adjustable, silent air conditioning, a refrigerator with two bottles of water, an electric kettle, coffee maker (Nespresso capsules) with coffee, mini fridge with 2 bottles of water per day (extra water is no problem), a hairdryer, smoke detector, safe, umbrella and a flat screen TV with satellite receiver.
There is plenty of room for luggage, a spacious wardrobe and a dressing table.

The bathroom has a spacious sink, a shower with hot and cold water and a rain shower. There is soap and shampoo from a dispenser. There are two large and two small towels provided daily.

The room door is opened with an electronic key card, which is also used to turn on the power.

The hotel has a parking lot, swimming pool, terrace, fitness room, free secure Wi-Fi and a restaurant where breakfast is also served. The restaurant is not open in the evening during our stay.
Breakfast consists of Thai and Western dishes, with good bread and cheese and cold cuts. The coffee is decent. We are very satisfied with the breakfast.

We were here on Saturday, December 9, 2023, on Sunday, December 10, 2023 and on Monday, December 11, 2023.
We paid THB 1620 (approximately 44 Euro) per night for the room, we booked in advance via Booking.com.
